The Ring - The Last Night Templar's Inheritence by Jorge Molist

On her 27th birthday leading lady Christina receives an engagement ring from her boyfriend and a mysterious ruby ring from her godfather in Spain who has been deceased for many years. From there Christina learns of her shared inheritence with her male "cousins" in Barcelona from this mysterious godfather who killed himself. Upon her arrival in Spain Christina is drawn into a treasure hunt for the lost templar treasure her godfather and others died trying to find. Throughout the story while wearing the ring she suffers from nightmares and relives the past lives of those individuals who have also worn the ring. *I got it through the book after several put downs. It was okay but not great. The descriptions of Barcelona are nice but as a man Jorge does not provide his female main character with actions a female writer would have. It was not as the front cover suggests "an engrossing search for hidden treasure" but others may like it better.

What I want to know is how you find time to read with the Franks, the dog, the new house, and everything else? I can barely find time to sleep -- let alone read -- and all I have is a condo and a job!

I find time at lunch and during the commercials of my tv soaps...Gossip Girl and ANTM. Football is not on all the time. Plus Frank IV loves to read and seeing me read enforces that habit. Sometimes he listens to me read my books to him (just not any racy parts!) :)
