Let's Misbehave - Lisa Plumley

Cute book. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about the antics of Marisol and Cash and the triplets. From shopping intervention and therapy to birthday parties and preseason football you will enjoy this modern romance.

Living With the Dead - Kelley Armstrong

Another great Women of the Otherworld book! I love all of Kelley Armstrong's stories. We get to learn even more about Hope and Karl along with meet Hope's friend Robyn. Robyn's PR client gets murdered and the murderer who is a powerful clairvoyant has Robyn in sight to get rid of next to protect a powerful secret. This is a good book but you may to read some other books first as this one involves old characters as well. Highly recommended!!

Dragon Wytch - Yasmine Galenorm

The D’Artigo sisters are half-human, half-Fae operatives for the Otherworld Intelligence Agency. Camille is doing her best to juggle magic, men, and the demonic war into which they’ve been thrust—until she discovers a secret that could change all their lives.

Once I got into the story I enjoyed this fourth installment of the Sisters of the Moon series. It had been a while since I read about Camille, the eldest who is a witch, Delilah, the middle child who is a werecat, and Menolly, the baby of the family who is a vampire. Plus their lovers and others. I felt like Camille truly came out in this book. I thought she was much more defined and that we got to know some of her inner thoughts much better. Plus a sexy Dragon was a much bigger part of this story. And we learn about the upcoming battle for earth and the otherworld. Still many questions remain un answered but the sisters at least have some allies now in their fight against the demons. I like the whole series and well worth the read!

Tangled Up In You & Not Another Bad Date - Rachel Gibson

A great cute read for both. I love Rachel Gibson. I enjoyed the final two of the author friends from Boise's stories. 100 Bad Dates reminded me of my single days in some ways...funny. If you want a good modern romance quick read pick up all four and settle in for some fun. I like both Maddie and Adele although I kept hoping Maddie was going to use the taser on something. Just to see what happened.

Noah - Jacquelyn Frank

This bood did not disappoint. As soon as I checked it out I read it straight through. I have been waiting to read this book having read the previous Nightwalker books and hearing about Demon King Noah through the other characters. It was also good the hear how the characters from before like Isabelle and Corrine were doing. Kestra is a great complex character and really brings out the emotions in Noah. For once, Noah thinks of himself before the good of his kingdom despite the costs. I highly recommend the whole series of Nightwalkers.

Witch Blood - Anya Bast

Water witch Isabelle Novak must form an uneasy alliance with earth witch Thomas Monahan to hunt and destroy a demon of tremendous power, even though Thomas's very presence stirs deeper desires than she ever knew she had.

****
Very good read! I have not read the first one in the Elemental Witch series but this is a stand alone story as well as the second in the series. I love Isabelle strong, nomadic character against Thomas' steady yet emotional side. The other characters introduced were good as well. I look forward to seeing who is next and catching up on the first one as well. This is a romance of a paranormal nature.

Fast & Loose - Elizabeth Bevarly

Really cute modern romance based around Kentucky Derby weeks. I enjoyed reading it and getting to know Cole and Lulu. This one I recommend for quick fun read. Lots of character and I can see some of the places described. Lulu is hiding from herself but Cole brings out her inner vixen to play. Plus Cole finds what he needs in Lulu when he least expects it.

The Darkest Kiss - Gena Showalter

He is Death, destined to be her executioner.
Ordered by the gods to escort the fun loving Anya’s soul to hell, Lucien is an immortal warrior torn between duty and desire. For Anya sparks the flames of passion inside him as no one else ever has.
She is Anarchy, as beautiful as she is deadly.
There is nothing Anya wants more than to be Lucien’s lover. His half-hearted attempts to kill her are exhilarating. His kisses – electrifying.

They should have been enemies but they become allies, traveling the world to find and destroy an ancient relic of the gods before it can be used against Lucien -- separating them for eternity.

This was a great second part of the Lords of the Underworld series. The first was good and this one was even better in some ways since I was familar with what was going on. Great Read - highly recommended! All 3 books are great.
