Here is where I keep track of what I have read and enjoyed. I love to read and hope someone else may enjoy a book they pick up because I recommend it.

The Last Jihad, The Last Days, THe Ezekiel Option, The Copper Scroll and Dead heat - Joel C Rosenberg
These are some of the best books I have read in quite sometime although I was not sure at first I would enjoy them. I actually read the Copper Scroll first which is the 4th of 5 books. I recommend reading them from the first to last preferably with all them available to read in order. I actually may re-read them again in the next couple of months in order for a better effect. After the first couple of chapters I wanted to read the rest of series immediately.
These are really good political thrillers from a biblical and Christian background. I learned about reading them of the Old Testament and New Testament. It was eye opening how much the story parallels current times knowing they were written before certain events happened, like 9/11. Through many different characters Mr. Rosenberg shows how Jesus works in our lives. It was a wonderful sharing of faith in a way that I would not have thought to do it. Who knew political thrillers would share truths about God and his love for us that sent his only son Jesus to die for our sins. There was no "preaching" just a engaging story with characters who believed an those who did not believe and what may the end times for us all.
Up In Smoke - Katie MacAlister
I waited for weeks for my turn to read this at the library. It was worth the wait and I tore through the story in a couple of hours and found myself at the end wanting more! I love the Dragons and I enjoyed May better this time. Of course Ainling and Jim (the favorite Neuffy demon) made appearances again and the of them often made me laugh at loud at their previous adventures. Their banter continues with the Silver Dragons as well. Well worth the read especially if your are a Dragon story fan.
Unravel Me - Christie Ridgway
The second the trilogy of three sisters who never met each other until the owner of Malibu yarn shop brings them all together. This is older sister's story. I enjoyed this one as well as the first one. The teaser at the end for the third one makes me say "write quick!". The are cute modern romances and enjoyable reads.
The Judas Strain and The Last Oracle - James Rollins
Loved them!! Highly recommend the whole Sigma series. I actually read these two out of order but I still loved both books. I could not wait for the library to get me the first when I already had the second one in my hands (I did try a couple of days but gave in to temptation!) I have really enjoyed Gray and the other Sigma team members. The books are so fast paced that I cannot help but get involved right away in the stories. Truly enjoyable modern adventure mystery stories. Please write the next one soon Mr. Rollins!!
Running Hot - Jayne Ann Krentze
Another Arcane Society romance mystery. As with all Ms. Krentze's books I enjoyed this one. I have enjoyed the Arcane Society blending modern romance with para mysteries. This was another good one.
